DELIVERY terms and conditions
Mail Order deliveries are sent by courier Tuesday to Friday, for arrival between 8 am and 7 pm.
You can select your delivery day at point of checkout. We aim to deliver your order quickly and with care, we usually require 5 days’ notice to process and pack orders. Please contact us at melissa@penylanpantry.com if you wish to place a last minute order and we will do our best to accommodate you. At our busiest times of year, such as Easter and Christmas, delivery can take a little longer than usual. If you are buying for an important event, we recommend requesting delivery at least an extra two delivery days prior to the event in case of unforeseen delays. It can take an extra day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands. We do our utmost to make sure your delivery reaches you on time, occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to reasons out of our control.
Our site does not show live stock levels, most of our goods are, however in stock. If ever on a rare occasion our stock is sold out, we will replace with a very very close alternative.

Returns terms and conditions
We love our products and we are proud of the high quality goods that we source at Penylan Pantry for you to enjoy. However, if you would like to discuss the return (minus the postage fee) of any non-perishable goods, please contact us on hello@penylanpantry.com
Please let us know within 48 hours of any goods that may be missing, faulty or damaged, this will allow us to help resolve any issues surrounding your order as quickly as possible. We ask that you send a picture of any damaged or faulty goods.
As the customer you are responsible for the safe return of the goods and with ‘paying’ for the postage fees.
Please be aware that perishable items (foods) are non-refundable.
We strongly advise that you retain your receipt from delivery.
